What is HRMS
Often used interchangeably with HRIS, an HRMS typically implies a broader suite of functions. While an HRIS is the core database, an HRMS often includes integrated modules for more complex tasks like payroll processing, time and labor management, and benefits administration. The label matters less than the capability—what matters is that the system provides a unified, secure platform to manage the entire employee lifecycle.
