What is Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI / DEIB)
Forget the corporate buzzwords for a second. This is a business strategy. You start with Diversity to widen your talent pool and bring different ways of thinking into the room, which helps you avoid catastrophic groupthink. But that's just the start. You need Equity—fair, transparent systems for pay and promotions—so you actually keep those people.
