What is HR Analytics
For years, HR has been run on gut feelings. HR Analytics is the shift to running it on evidence. You stop just reporting headcount and start answering the questions the board actually cares about: Where are our best people leaving from, and why? Are we about to have a burnout problem in our engineering team? It’s how you get the budget you need, because numbers are harder to argue with.
